Driving Improvements for Latinxs in Venture Capital.

No Diversification without Representation

To further understand the systemic, structural, and cultural barriers for Latinxs in the VC ecosystem, my research explores the following: the current state of Latinxs in the sector; barriers to entry, upward mobility, and retention in the ranks of VC firms; and opportunities for the successful diversification of VC firms. Given the daunting panorama for minorities in the venture capital ecosystem, my research brings the voices of Latinxs in VC to the fore to frame conversations around diversity, equity, inclusion, and parity in VC.
